Integrity360 acquires South Africa and UK-based identity security specialist CyberIAM

Integrity360, a cybersecurity specialists in EMEA’s, has acquired CyberIAM, the identity security specialist operating from the UK and South Africa.

The deal terms were not disclosed. CyberIAM will form a new strategic services practice within Integrity360, sitting alongside the group’s seven existing practices: Offensive Security, Governance, Risk and Assurance, Incident Response and Forensics, Payment Compliance, Operational Technology, and Security Technology Consulting.

Founded in 2016, CyberIAM specialises in identity access management, identity governance, privileged access management, and customer identity management, serving enterprise clients across financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal, and the public sector.

Led by Michael Ribaudo, CyberIAM holds accreditations across major identity platforms including CyberArk, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, and Saviynt. 

The company employs approximately 120 highly skilled professionals across offices in Chester and London in the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa.

The acquisition adds roughly $20.5 million in revenues to Integrity360, taking the group’s total run rate to approximately $262 million with around 900 employees operating across three continents from 16 locations in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Canada. The group received a strategic investment from London-based private equity firm August Equity in 2021.

Integrity360 provides a comprehensive range of professional, support and managed cybersecurity services that identify and assess, protect and prevent, detect and analyse and respond and recover cyber risks and threats for business organisations across multiple regions.

The announcement comes a couple of weeks after Integrity360 launched its Threat Intelligence Services portfolio to help organisations detect external cyber threats earlier, investigate emerging risks and make better-informed security decisions before attacks escalate.
